I have been working in Room 108 of the Richard's Building since the beginning of school! My tasks usually consist of:
Doing homework (lots of downtime)
Answering phones
Signing for packages, and
Printing large posters
So while I have been accepted, and I have been getting into the swing of things, I have still been distinguished as the NEW employee. I was forced to go around to find a punch in clock while every other employee got to sign in through a computer in the office. I also had to make my own name tag out of a Post-It note. I was also not included on the Health and Human Performance Services directory wall.
However, this week marks my first week of REAL employment! I have been given permission and access to on-line sign-in. I have received my name plate, and I'm on the wall! So this week I've been officially celebrating my first days of OFFICIAL employment!!!

I'm so impressed...
ReplyDeleteMaybe you should mention how you got that incredible, home-work-filled job!!
ReplyDeleteOh Kelli I have decided that I am not going to be your blog stalker and, so, I am commenting. Way to go at landing the PERFECT on campus job. Thank heavens for Dawn and the incredible "in". Treasure that job! and when you do decided to leave (hopefully it will be because they are forcing you out upon your graduation) make sure you give it to a worthy person of such a posh job. Heck, it comes with an official name tag and everything! I am so going to love reading about your BYU adventures.
